#WAF2017 – you don’t need Edinburgh, Brighton or Camden when you’ve got the Wandsworth Arts Fringe on your front door 5-21 May!

We’ll be bringing you pre-reviews, reviews and interviews from local and international performers who have come from far and wide do participate in WAF2017.  Listen out from the first week in May.

But let’s not forget the next few days! ArtsWatch has a bit of a rest on Bank Holidays, but we’re back with a bang on Tuesday…

Chris meets Polarbear, a spoken word artist, appearing at BAC with his latest show “Dark Corners”.  Chris finds out what happens when you take a risk…how wrong can you go in a storytelling performance.

On Wednesday’s show we meet Jim Grover, local photographer who brings his latest exhibition “48 Hours on Clapham High Street” to the Omnibus.  Storytelling, this time with photographic images, see our local environment from a different point of view.

Damien continues his journey around Wandsworth, meeting musicians appearing at our local venues. We’ve had soul, we’ve had folk….on Thursday we get flamenco! Listen in to his visit to the Battersea Barge.

ArtsWatch broadcasts Monday to Thursday 6.30-6.45pm and alternate Sundays at  6pm we air all the best bits in a round-up show ArtsWatch Repay.
